Digital Downloads
Some of what we sell is digital, such as our Shopify themes. Nothing is shipped: you get the file by email. This policy covers digital downloads; our shipping policy and return and refund policy don't apply to them.

Getting your download
- Check your email right after checkout: the download link is sent to the address you ordered with. It's also on your order confirmation page.
- Download the file and keep a copy. Download links can expire or allow a limited number of downloads.
- Didn't get it? Check your spam folder, then email us with your order number and we'll send it again.
Refunds
Because a download can't be returned, digital purchases can't be refunded once the file has been downloaded, except:
- where the law requires a refund, or
- where the product doesn't work as described and we can't fix the problem within a reasonable time after you tell us.
If you haven't downloaded the file yet and change your mind, email us and we'll refund you. If you get a refund, the product's license ends and you must delete any copies.
Licenses
Digital products are licensed to you, not sold outright. Each product's license comes in the download and explains what you can do with it.
- Shopify themes (Beacon, Beacon Wholesale): one live store per purchase; change it as much as you like for that store; share it only with your team and the people you hire to work on that store; no reselling or sharing. Full terms: Beacon license.
Updates and support
Our Shopify themes include 12 months of updates and email support from the date of purchase. After that the theme keeps working. Documentation and the support form are at software.realmdrop.com/beacon/docs.
Bought on Etsy?
Etsy delivers the download and handles refunds for Etsy orders. The same license, updates and support apply.
