Realmdrop Shop is a small online store in Plano, Texas, run by Realmdrop LLC. We ship across the United States, with free shipping on orders over $39.

Shipping costs
Shipping is free on US orders over $39. Below that, and for international orders, shipping is calculated at checkout from the weight, size and destination of your order. You'll see the exact cost before you pay.
When your order ships
Orders usually ship within 2–5 business days of payment. We ship Monday to Friday, except US national holidays.
Delivery times
After your order ships, delivery usually takes 2–7 business days in the United States and 4–22 business days internationally, depending on the carrier you choose. You'll see a closer estimate at checkout.
Where we ship
We ship across the United States, including P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO military addresses (by USPS only), and to many international destinations. If your country is offered at checkout, we ship there.
Plants are sold and shipped by our sister garden shop, DreamDropGardens, under its own shipping policy.
Digital downloads
Digital products, such as our Shopify themes, aren't shipped and aren't covered by this policy. You'll get a download link by email right after purchase. See our Digital downloads policy.
Tracking your order
When your order ships, we'll email you a tracking link. You can also sign in to your account to see order status.
Changing your address or cancelling
We can change the delivery address or cancel your order any time before it ships. Email us as soon as you can.
Out-of-stock items
We keep stock counts as accurate as we can, but sometimes an item sells out after you order. If that happens, we'll ship the rest of your order and refund the missing item, or ask whether you'd rather wait for it to come back.
Late, lost or damaged packages
- If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated date, email us and we'll look into it with the carrier.
- If a package arrives damaged, keep the packaging and email us a photo with your order number.
- For a lost or damaged package, we'll send a replacement or refund you once the carrier confirms the claim.
Taxes and import duties
Sales tax, where it applies, is calculated at checkout. International orders may be charged import duties and taxes by the destination country when they arrive; these aren't included in our prices and are paid by the recipient. If an international package is refused, we'll refund the value of the items once it comes back to us, minus the return shipping cost. The original shipping isn't refundable.
