Description

Sprigged with soft silver-blue petals and audaciously dappled with a yellow center and anthers, Clematis 'Chelsea' emanates a radiant beauty. Unfazed by partial shade, it unfurls its four-inch blooms from May to August in a display of strength, standing at a statuesque 3' and perfect for bathing outdoor spaces with light and color.
