An Evison/Poulsen cultivar raised in Guernsey by Ramond Evison. Silvery blue colored petals, ruffled edges single and doubles with red/brown anthers. Exceptionally free flowering. Blooms May-July. Nice low mounding clematis (2 feet). Pruning type 2.
